Guest Therapists Wanted!

I want to work with the best therapists possible, but often, I find that the best therapists already have a full-time caseload or commitment to another practice. So I created the guest therapist position so these really talented therapists can drop into one of our practices when it is convenient for them. This could be once a week, a couple of days per month, etc., and enjoy the freedom that we offer to be extremely creative during their massage sessions.

What Do You Get?

You get to work in a fun, creative, and very positive environment.

You get to pick your schedule from when we have openings.

You get to use our spa for free when it is available.

You get to come to all of my continuing education classes for free, and you get to come to our private trainings when I fly in instructors from all over the world.

You get great pay and tips. The lowest I pay for a massage-hour is $56.25, and the highest is $100. There are times when I even pay more, but this is for special occasions.

You get to come to our Massage Parties! We have some awesome massage parties every month, which you will be invited to.

You get some pretty interesting clients. We get several short-notice requests from celebrities and athletes visiting Seattle, which are hard for us to fit into our schedule. We need to know that the therapist we bring in or recommend can provide the quality of experience that our clients expect.

Most importantly, at least it would be for me, is that you get to play with your bodywork and create new way’s to meet your clients on the table. I don’t just allow that, I expect it. I will share my bodywork ideas with you, and we will all do four-handed sessions with you so you can see how we work.

What Are The Qualifications?

You have to be an excellent massage therapist if you have been practicing for a while or you have to be on your way to becoming an excellent massage therapist if you are a relatively new therapist.

You have to be passionate about your work, and you have to be extremely client experience focused. Some good intuitive skills would be nice as well, but we can help you develop those.

You have to be a team player. Even more than that, our team is like a family. We genuinely care for each other and are always looking out for each other. We do not do drama. I have had this practice for five years, and the only people who have ever left have either started their own practice or moved out of state.
